Charters aboard TRACE 1

We offer charters aboard TRACE 1 for from 1 to 19 people to fit your specific needs. The Captain is an ordained Chaplain so intimate weddings or recommitment ceremonies are available. You may bring reasonable amounts of wine and beer aboard charters. We can provide anything from light snacks to complete boxed lunches or dinners catered by Panera Bread. Soft drinks are always available aboard and we can arrange whatever you need.

We offer the following charter suggestions for your consideration:

• Birthday parties = decorating time 30 minutes prior to schedule boarding by arrangement or let us do it for you
• Weddings and receptions = decorating time 30 minutes prior to schedule boarding by arrangement and we provide the photos
• Rehearsal dinners = in a truly relaxing environment and decorating time 30 minutes prior to schedule boarding by arrangement
• Bridal parties = that are a real ball with decorating time 30 minutes prior to schedule boarding by arrangement
• Office employee appreciation parties = celebrate/reward achievement for your group in a unique way
• Church or organizational outings = enjoy good clean fun on the water for your group
• Luau parties = we supply the food, music, and limbo pole you supply the dancers
• Special area tours = see areas along the river up close like no other available and you may disembark
• Grand openings on the water = add that special touch to your opening with multiple trips if needed for an unforgettable event
• Promotional parties = promote your product or service to a captive audience by using our audio system with mike, CD, or iPod input
• Fall leaf cruises = see and photograph one on nature's wonders on the Tennessee River while enjoying the cool, crisp air
• Luncheon and dinner parties = will stand out in your guests memories for a long time after this truly unique experience

All boarding times are 15 minutes prior to departure and charters are for a fixed, specified time interval.

Charter rates vary by day of the week and time of day as follows:

• Two hour charter Monday through Thursday departing by 5:00 p.m.   $200      additional hours underway $75 each
• Two hour charter Monday through Thursday departing after 5:00 pm  $250      additional hours underway $100 each
• Two hour charter Friday through Sunday departing before 5:00 p.m.   $250      additional hours underway $100 each
• Two hour charter Friday through Sunday departing after 5:00 p.m.      $300      additional hours underway $125 each

We can walk the boat to your event for $8 per one way mile.
