Captain Greybeard and Quartermaster Anne Bonny would like to welcome you to the East Tennessee Pirate Group. We are dedicated to bringing you the truth about pirates and encouraging you to participate in Pirate Fests and increase your historical knowledge of the Golden Age of Piracy. What you see in the movies and on TV is not accurate. Pirates were not Robin Hood of the sea and neither did they make captives walk the plank. They were robbers with boats.

We are also interested helping you find information about pirate clothing (make your own or purchase) and pirate weapons. Please see the links at the left for Pirate clothing, Pirate weapons and other resources.

We also offer basic booklets for Adults and Children to help you get started learning pirate history.

We provide here information about pirate names and ships with links to more complete information primarily from Wikipedia.

If you have information and useful links to add to our sight please let us know by sending email to Captain Greybeard.

Above you see just a few of our friends that have joined the crew of the QUEENS REVENGE and a some of their toys. If you would like to go on account (join)  please send email to Capt Greybarad with your information.

Ye be free to take from this site what ye will.

We be interested in spreading the correct historical word about pirates.
